Wow this is pretty neat. I really like the way you documented it... and the music makes it all come together really beautifully. I'm looking forward to hearing the significance of this piece to you and how it relates to your childhood...
I agree with Jessie. This piece was really moving and I really enjoyed it. The video effects and music really brought it together very nicely. I can't wait to hear about the background either!
The documentation is pretty cool... StopMotion=the future of video...
Nate, this was a great piece! I couldn't stop watching it. I agree that the music was awesome too. The whole process was great to see as well as the final result. Good job and I'm sure this took a lot of time.
Very nice piece Nate ... The documentation-video captures the mood and the work - which go hand in hand. I think you show here many of the important aspects of what earth art is - creating a symbolic meaning in the land that speaks to many groups about important issues, vs. speaking about the artist or the art itself. And what a perfect site!! ... good job ...
You know what part of this stood out to me? I love how you have the sticks and logs above the ground, either lying on top of it or standing up. What contrasts this is the grass that has been walked in, which is getting lower and lower to the ground rather then on top. Really cool!
